The Little Ruse Nightingales conquered another choral peak. During their participation in the Victoria Adriatic Choral Competition, the singers from the children’s choir “Danube Waves” at the ObDCKI – Ruse, under the direction of Vesela Todorova, won:
– Gold Diploma, first degree in the category of classical choral music
– Special Award for an exceptional choral program
– Grand Prix for overall performance /gold statuette/
The authoritative jury, consisting of Michele Iosia /Italy/, Andreja Cergol /Slovenia/, Goran Jerkovits /Croatia/, Zorica Kozlovachki /Serbia/ and Helga Dukarits /Croatia/ highly appreciated the performance of the Bulgarian choir and awarded them 95.20 out of a total of 100 points.
The choir performed its program under the accompaniment of Gergana Vicheva.
