With four gold medals, one silver medal, one bronze medal, and two special recognitions, the Vocal Formation “Liberovox” from Dobrich returned from its participation in the National Forum “Pendara” and the National Festival “With the Rhythm of the Sea”, held in the Albena resort from August 28 to 31.
The participants’ performance was evaluated by an authoritative jury chaired by Acad. Dr. Ivan Simeonov, with members: folk singers Kalinka Valcheva and Galina Durmushliyska, Petar Kirilov, and Petya Gabrovska. The awards were personally presented by Galina Durmushliyska.
The ensemble’s leader, Martin Krastev, was honored with a Special Award for Pedagogical Mastery, and following the formation’s performance, he also received personal congratulations from Bulgarian folklore legend Kalinka Valcheva.
“These awards are the result of much hard work, perseverance, love for music, and teamwork. We thank the organizers for their hospitality, the jury for the high praise, and the parents for their unwavering support,” shared the foundation’s management.
