The Sofia chamber choir, led by Daniela Zhelyazkova, returned with a bronze medal from the international choir competition “Korais” in Thessaloniki, Greece. The choir competition took place from May 15 to 17, and eight formations from all over the world participated in it.
Sofia Ladies International Choir was founded in 2016 by Daniela Zhelyazkova, but they have been rehearsing in this composition since 2021. The repertoire of the formation includes works from different styles and eras.
After the successful participation in their first international competition, concerts are coming up in the “St. Joseph” Cathedral – Sofia and in the “Saeva Dupka” cave.
