The second edition of the International Choir Festival for Sacred Music “Virgin, Rejoice”, Nessebar
September 7-8, 2024.
Launched in celebration of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, the forum is held under the patronage of His Eminence Metropolitan Arseniy of Sliven and the Mayor of Nessebar Municipality Nikolay Dimitrov.
On September 7, 2024, the event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a litany procession in Old Nessebar to the church “St. Sofia”, ceremonial opening and first festival concert.
Church choirs from Sofia, Plovdiv, Sliven, Silistra, Razgrad, Lovech and Tervel will take part.
