Marina Koleva graduated from NUFI in. Koleva graduated from Sofia University in Kotel with a degree in folk singing under S. Chenkova. Later she graduated with a master’s degree in choral conducting under prof. Teodora Pavlović at the National Music Academy “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov”, Sofia. Sofia (2015) and a Bachelor’s degree in tone direction (2014).

She has participated in master classes in choral conducting with Krikor Cetinyan, Krastin Nastev and others. He is currently the conductor of the Irina Shtiglich Chamber Choir. He teaches music at the private school “Denis Diderot”, Sofia. Bankya and at Progressive Primary School 1, Bankya. He also founded a children’s choir.
She has also done acting in several teams.
She formed a vocal ensemble for the show “Bulgaria – Land of Blessing” at the Ivan Vazov National Theatre. She was part of the vocal ensemble Euphonia; she also performed joint concerts with the ERMA Ensemble.

Since March 2018 she is part of the board of the Bulgarian Choral Union. She is involved in the creation and organization of the BHS project – “The Children’s Choir of Bulgaria” in 2021. Since the beginning of 2022 the Bulgarian Choir of the Czech Republic has been participating in the project. Marina Koleva is part of the team of the D-stars singing school led by Daniela Stankova.
She has written solo songs and one choral song in different styles.
