The National Festival of Christmas and New Year Song – Haskovo is part of the cultural calendar of Haskovo municipality. This year the choir festival will include choirs from Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Svilengrad, Kazanlak, Sofia and Haskovo. The festival will be held from 16th to 18th December in Haskovo. The program includes four festival concerts and the entrance is free. Special guest of the event will be the ensemble “Fortissimo” from Burgas with conductor Milena Dobreva. The fest will also include a workshop to learn two Christmas carols, which will be performed by the choir at the evening concert on Saturday at 18:30.
