Mixed choir “Vladi Anastasov” at community center “Macedonia – 2005” – Varna.

The ensemble was created in January 2008 at the “Macedonia-2005” National Music Festival. The choir participated in the annual editions of the National Song Festival “Songs of Bulgaria” in Teteven 2009, Koprinka Dam 2010, Vitosha 2011, Sofia 2012 ., Tryavna 2013, Shumen 2014, Asenovgrad 2015, Stara Zagora 2016, Pleven 2017, Kalofer 2018, Hisarya 2019. Every year participates in the National Choir Initiative “Bulgaria Sings” 2017 , 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, in Review of the school and temple song 2014, 2015, 2017 and in Christmas Festival in Varna, and in 2022, Christmas concert in Novi Pazar, 03.12.2022, 1st Christmas festival in the city of Sliven, 10.12.2022. Participated both in the summer concerts on the stage “Rakovina” and in many concerts and festivals, including the Ukrainian festival Rosa Mira and the Bulgarian Riviera, Panorama of the Bulgarian choral art Varna 2014, 8th edition of the “St. George the Victorious” Choir Meeting, Ruse 2019, solo concert in the Catholic Church, Varna on June 23, 2022, International Choir Festival “Danube – river of friendship and song” Silistra, April 2023, First International Choir Festival “Land of Glorious Ancestors”, Novi Pazar, September 2023. The choir performed concert tours in Turkey 2009, the Netherlands, Germany and “Music and the Sea ” Paralia-Katerini, Greece – September 2023. From its participation in all festivals, the choir receives diplomas, statuettes and subject awards. The ensemble’s repertoire covers works from different styles and eras.
Conductor – Dimitrina Hineva, master’s degree in choral conducting at BDK Sofia, graduated with Prof. Stoyan Kralev. He studied composition with Prof. Alexander Tanev and orchestral conducting with Prof. Ivan Bakalov. He obtained a pedagogical specialty at Shumen University “Ep. Konstantin Preslavsky”. From September 1993 to June 2020, he was a teacher of music-theoretical disciplines and piano, in classes with the “Arts-Music” profile. She has been awarded many times for her work. She is a holder of the “Neophyte of Rilski” Order of the Ministry of Education. Over the years, he led various choirs and formations. She worked under the supervision of Zahari Mednikarov and Borislav Ivanov. Hineva has participated in international seminars and competitions: 1st prize youth competition in Neerpelt – Belgium (1996), 2nd prize for Renaissance music in Karditsa – Greece, 3rd prize and bronze medal at the International May Choir Competition “Prof. G. Dimitrov” – Varna in the category of chamber choirs (1991), III prize in the International Music Choir Competition “Harmony – 2005” in Lindenholzhausen, Limburg – Germany. He is the recipient of numerous diplomas, honors and awards from our and international festivals – Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, France. She has successfully performed in Ukraine, Finland, Poland, Germany, Holland, France, Turkey, Greece, etc. From 1984 until today, he has been regent in the church “Sveta Petka” – Varna. From October 2018 to December 2022, he worked as a conductor in the Varna Boys and Youth Choir. He is a member of the Choral Union, the Union of Bulgarian Music and Dance Performers in Bulgaria.
Pianist – Mariana Grigorova, pianist and master organist, graduated from BDK Sofia under Prof. Mara Petkova and Prof. Neva Krasteva. She specialized in the Prague Academy under professor Milan Schlechta, in Germany under Matthias Eisenberg and in France under Jean Guilhou and Michel Chapuis. She worked as an accompanist at the Conservatoire of the city of Tours – France, and successfully performed in the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, France and Bulgaria. Accompanist of the mixed choir “Vladi Anastasov” since 2008.
Over the years, Ivo Bonev, Georgi Spiriev and Ruslan Pavlov have provided piano accompaniment.
The choir’s vocal teacher since May 2022 is Mrs. Dimka Dimova. She graduated from the BDK Sofia Music Academy, majoring in violin under Prof. Leon Surujon and Prof. Boyan Danailov. He studied vocally with Prof. Elisaveta Jovovich from the Rome Academy Santa Cecilia and Prof. Ilia Yosifov. She has performed central opera and operetta roles as Prima in the Staro Zagora and Ruse Operas and State Music Theater “Stefan Makedonski” Sofia.
