Vocal Ensemble “Fortissimo”

The vocal ensemble “Fortissimo” was founded at the end of 2014 in the city of Burgas.

The ensemble wins the love of the audience with its homogeneous and expressive sound, sprightliness and beautiful vision. It has won first prizes and Grand Prix at national and international competitions, and was a winner of the TV project “Game of Choirs” on the “Slavi’s Show”. Highlights in the short biography of the ensemble are the 1st Prize in the category “Chamber Choirs” and the Prize of the Bulgarian Choral Union at the XXXVIII International Choir Competition “Prof. Slava” in May. Georgi Dimitrov”, the Gold Medal and Winner in the category “Chamber Choirs and Ensembles” and the Grand Prix of Nations in the same category at the European Choir Games and Grand Prix of Nations in Riga – Latvia 2017, the two biggest awards – the 1st Prize of the Official Jury and the Audience Award of the National Song Contest “Burgas and the Sea” 2017 and 2021. In 2018 Vocal Ensemble “Fortissimo” participated in the World Choir Games in South Africa, where it won two gold medals and the championship title in the category “Vocal Ensembles”, and in 2019 returned with two gold medals from the “Grand Prix of Nations” in Gothenburg – Sweden. She participated in the final of the European Choir Competition “Let The Peoples Sing” – Barcelona – Spain 2019. In 2020 she won a gold medal at Rimini International Choral Competition, as well as gold medals and category winners at Rovdo International Choral Competition – Belarus 2021, World Choir Festival – Hong Kong 2021, World Piece Choral Festival – Austria 2021 and many more.

She has released two solo albums, the first of which includes genre-varied works, and the second, I Have Music in My Heart, includes a cappella works. He has given solo concerts with great success in Shrewsbury – England, Antwerp – Belgium, Passau and Munich – Germany, as well as in many cities in Bulgaria. Winner of the prestigious award “Ensemble of the Year – 2018” of the Bulgarian National Radio.

The ensemble’s repertoire includes original arrangements of works of various styles and genres – classical music, folklore, Bulgarian and world pop and rock music.

Milena Dobreva graduated from SMU – Burgas, AMTII – Plovdiv, Pop and Jazz singing – NMA “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov and Music Media Technology and Tone Direction of Sofia University “St. Kl. Ohridski.

Teacher of singing and piano at “Dimcho Debelianov” and “Prof. K. Kondrikhov” schools. Pancho Vladigerov, Burgas. He is also conductor of the mixed choir “Native Song”, Burgas.

He is the founder and director of the Sea Sands VF – winner of prizes in national and international competitions and festivals. Recorded and released 4 solo albums of the formation, as well as one of the Vocal Ensemble “Fortissimo” created and directed by her.

Composer and arranger of popular and children’s songs, awarded at the National Competition “Burgas and the Sea” and the National Competition for Children’s Song “Sweet-footed Lark”.

Winner of the First Prize of the “Teacher of the Year” contest of the Republic of Bulgaria, the prestigious “Burg of the Year” award, as well as the “Prof. В. Vicheva”, Shumen.

She graduated from the Master Class for Choral Conductors with Freeder Bernius.
